The bodies of two drowned Roma children lie covered by towels on an Italian beach while holidaymakers carry on unfazed enjoying the sun. Cristina Ibramovitc, 12, and Viola Ibramovitc, 11, were left on the sand for an hour among 'indifferent' holidaymakers after being caught in rough seas. The two, who are related but not sisters, were among four children who had gone onto the beach to beg.

I'm not sure of what they're supposed to do in that situation...

Should they get closer? Should they go home? Should they compulsively watch those two dead bodies?

I'd really love to know what were they supposed to do....

Those people could be as much as 20 yards away depending on the lens type.
But yea, as the Anon above me said, what do you suggest those people do?
