Technically... it was copyright infringement until someone posted the name of the original photographer. Therefore the images are sourced and its fair to the original author. As its now publicity for him i doubt he will contest the use of his images.
Was it really copyright infringement? I don't see anywhere that he claims they are his. Sure he should have given credit, but he didn't say they were his, so is he guilty of anything?

Yes, it is really copyright infringement unless the original poster has a license from the owner of the pictures (it has nothing to do with attribution). That said, unless the owner is out there selling these for tons of cash, it doesn't seem like he would care.

Yes, they're shopped. Cedric took pictures of action figures and shopped them into the backgrounds. It was in a Star Wars magazine, they even had an interview with Cedric and everything.

As long as the poster didnt state it was his, there is nothing against posting. Anything you put on the internet is free to copy and past as long as you dont claim it as yours. Its some intresting to look up.. when you have nothing to do but read and post nothing of use.

but seeing as how this person isn't trying to make any money, isn't claiming them to be his own, and is crediting the author most people would not only not sue this poster, but would probably be happy for the exposure.
