12 Anonymous is right - it'd be nice if this were in a print-friendly format. I printed it out at this size on 8.5X11 paper and just glued it to plain black paper instead of trying to size it to the provided base, it worked like a charm. I also added some very fine wire for whiskers.

You can figure out how to fold it by looking at the picture of the completed model. Most of the folds are inwards, like the four that make the nose square in front, but the one right above the nose, and two up at the ears are folded in the other direction. If you're patient with glue you could almost put the model together without folding the paper for a curvier figure, though that's probably a more advanced method.
